Most times we complain and blame Internet Service Providers when the problem is actually from your browser. Here is how I fix this problem when I get an error message on my opera:

2. Press menu and scroll down to ''tools'' click on it and scroll down to "help'' click on it.
3. Now scroll down to ''about'' click on it and scroll to where you see this:

Everybody knows that android phones consumes much data and the high cost of data bundles by network providers has driven individuals to look for alternatives to android.
Well, today I want show you how to reduce data usage of tecno android and other android device. HOW TO FORMAT NOKIA TOUCH SCREEN PHONES
After writing a tutorial on how to flash/format your nokia phone by yourself few months back, I
thought about those using a touch screen phone like nokia 5800 xpressmusic,etc. How can they format there phone if there phone is switched off or hanging when switched on.
So here is a step by step on how to format a touch screen phone e.g nokia 5800 xpressmusic:
1. You need to use the phone's buttons and your 4 fingers to do this trick.
2. Switch off the phone. (Remove the battery if you cannot turn it off)
3. Press the buttons: GREEN + RED + CAMERA + ON(i.e the power button) simultaneously (DO NOT LET GO OF THE BUTTONS) until you see the “Select Country” option after the Nokia's Handshake Welcome Logo appear.
4. Choose your country, enter the date and time.
5. Congratulation your phone is back to normal.
